I talked to someone who was supposedly helping to organize the driving part of this meet. It is going to be an intense canyon run, in 3 stages... |

Theres no plan yet. I sent an RSVP request in since Jim hasnt responded and we cant afford to wait any longer or the there will probably be no spots left.
I asked him to give me the time info of when RSVP'ers need to be there.
Once we get that we can map out an exact time line and meeting spots.
We can probably just do it the same way as last time. Except lets make the first stop a few people had to make an official one . So something along the lines of
1)7:00 am IV/Goleta spot. (you guys need to figure out whats best here)
2)7:20 am 76 station @Montecito
3)8:00 Joels House In Ventura
4)8:30 Toys For Tots Event.
Remeber this is just probable. If he tells me we need to be there by 8am or earlier we will revise it. |

PhillyB the guy that posted this thread is the organizer for the meet and runs I believe. Lat time was awesome. We have a number ov videos of it. Maps and a little more planning and it will be perfect! |

how's it going fellas.... as far as the meet in Agoura Hills; you should RSVP your SB car club to insure good parking... Email Dustin from VCR to do so... he's taking care of that.. we want the car clubs to come in together so we can have most of the clubs parked together as much as possible. its not going to be perfect but if most clubs come in together it should be alright. The meet will be starting around 9 am but as a lot of you know a lot of people come early to make sure they have good parking. Last time in Woodland Hills the lot was full by 9:30. This time the lot is bigger but its expected to be a way bigger turn out.
As far as the BMW drive; Were going to start heading out around 12.... last time my assistant let me down and didn't print maps and my lead guy didn't show up.. This time we've made sure there is maps are printed and have more people helping with the drive... should be sweet!... |

they're still there. but i said f'it and decided to track the car and drive it until i get the new stuff, which will probably be in 2-3 weeks. got a nice paycheck i'm picking up tomorrow which will cover most of the stuff i need. and then i just have to install all the stuff and start saving for some new tires and the car is back to 100%.
also forgot to add that my brakes caught fire on friday so i need to replace those as well. haha |

Philly, I dunno if it was Maruan that was organizing the main drive, or if he was organizing just our little group. I didn't ask, all I know is I got a word doc detailing the radio channel stuff, and the directions for the 3 stages of canyon runs. If you have no idea what I am talking about, I can copy/paste it here and you guys can see if it interests you. It basically covers stunt, latigo, decker, and of course Mulholland. Short sections of Kanan and PCH to get from run to run too. |

NM, you answered my question at bf.c. Maruan = Bimmerboi330. He organized a small canyon run starting in Mulholland a couple weeks ago, and we had a great time, and it was a great drive (slightly different than this one). This is going to be fun. |
